Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Lost or Damaged Packages
The Hots LLC is not liable for packages that are lost or damaged during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
